Clasen & Associates, LLC (C&A) provided technical writing guidance  for Engineers Without Borders (EWB) to help the Ministry of Water and Environment in Uganda to improve water, sanitation and hygiene practices (WASH).  By working with an EWB committee of subject-matter experts in 2025, C&A helped to initiate authoring of the Ministry’s 3rd edition of the Water Supply Design Manual.
