Clasen & Associates, LLC (C&A) volunteered their time to a homeowners association (HOA) who were under threat to lose their commercial property insurance. Homes within the HOA were located in a high risk fire zone and vulnerable to ignition due to historic growth of trees and surrounding vegetation. In 2024, C&A helped the HOA by planning cost-effective defensible space improvements using a combination of government community, and homeowner resources, resulting in continuation of insurance.
